Do I have to purchase a new car stereo?

I currently have a CD player in my car and I want to play mp3's. Is there any
way that I can connect a mp3 player like (Archos) without a cassette player or
Do I have to upgrade my stereo?

I'm not sure. I have a 2001 Dodge Neon with radio and CD Changer.

Actually I take that back, I believe I have changer control. Did some
research.
