OK so seriously, I need to know if we suck or not. Just listen to
these tracks and tell me the truth. I know you can do it. What are our
chances of making it, getting played on radio, attracting legions of
fans, etc...

I humbly submit to your judgement:

I didn't even listen to it, but if you have to ask, your chances are
zilch. The first thing you need to do in order to get air pay, attract
fans, etc. is to go out and do live gigs. If you aren't doing that, it
ain't gonna happen. And if you are doing that, you probably already
know whether you suck or not.

The mixes are pretty lousy, but the music is OK. Kindof boring

Unless your Steely Dan...;>)

Really though, you should worry more about starting out locally, see if you
can develop a following, then maybe worry about the record deal. MAYBE.

The mix isn't great. The vox are mediocre but lack character. The band is
sounds well rehearsed, but overall i'm not hearing anything new that's going
to grab my attention.

My 2 cents

The mixes could use a little work, they get the tunes across well. (The
overall tone is a little hot in the upper mids.)

The guitar tones could use a little more balls on some or all the tunes
(Stained) but are pretty good.

Skin Deep is my least fave (but is well done).

I think mixing your band live would be a fun way to spend an evening. Wish
you were in Indianapolis.

I downloaded all the tunes and will be playing them as break music.

You can play together and that's a good start. Is this music that will sell
and propel you to stardom? No, not without building up some type of demand
for it, and it's too much like other groups to be noticeable. But hey, you
won't know unless you're out playing every night whether an audience is
going to buy into your music or not. Forget any idea of approaching an A&R
person because it's not going to happen unless they come to you. The only
way they will come to you is "buzz". You spend the next five years creating
the buzz and maybe.

But I will say this. I wouldn't rush to turn it off if I was listening and
doing some studio maintenance, but neither would a rush to put in on the CD
player.

I will give you marks for coming here and asking, though. This is a tough
crowd.

Thanks for the advice and compliments. Can I get you to send me your
