Yes, and you can do it yourself with a few everyday household items.
Follow these instructions.

1a. If the unit is all solid-state, unplug it, hold it so that all the
connectors are pointing toward the floor, and smack the unit hard a few
times with the heel of your hand. This will knock the stuck quanta out
of the wires, and they'll fall out of the inputs and outputs.

1b. If the unit has ANY tubes in it, remove them first-- the banging
could damage them-- and instead run them through any home dishwasher.
DRY THEM THOROUGHLY before replacing them in the unit. If you don't have
an automatic dishwasher, you can boil them inside CLEAN socks. But DON'T
forget to dry them, and don't reinstall them until they've cooled.

2. Pre 24-bit A-D and D-A converters are much easier to deal with
because the chunks aren't as fine, but 24-bit machines definitely
benefit from a heavy steam cleaning followed by about a three hour soak
in 1,1,1 Trichloroflouroethane. ALWAYS do this in a properly ventilated
area-- 1,1,1 Trichlor can get nasty. DON'T INHALE IT.

3. After the above steps, VERY lightly mist the unit inside and out with
Marvel Mystery Oil, and it'll work as good as new (and smell even
better). Last but not least, a 24-hour burn-in is advisable after this
treatment.
