Cooledit: applying real time effects

Hi, im new to Cool Edit Pro 2 (an older version, not Audition) and I was
wondering how to apply real-time effects to the tracks for mixdown. I
already have the effects setup nicely. thanks

Right click the segment of the track control window for the track, to get a
track property window for that track. Then click the FX button in the track
property window.
