Yes, but I've found those mics are close to each other, even many
serial numbers apart.

Royer has really good customer support with regard to this type of issue.

If you let them know which Royer dealer you're working with, you can send
Royer your existing microphone and they'll find one in house to match it.
Then they'll send that microphone to your dealer and return your original
microphone to you (or maybe send both microphones to your dealer--or to
you directly, if you've already paid your dealer for the new one).

And if you already own two Royer microphones of the same model that don't
match, Royer will check them out and re-ribbon one or both microphones as
needed.

I had that done with my SF-1 pair; the service was quick, effective and not
at all over-priced. Replacing one of their ribbons costs a lot less than
replacing the capsule in a condenser microphone of comparable quality.
