New to the group.

I'm looking to create a home DAW and am in the process of researching
companies for the right price/technology.

Any recommendations?

Thanks,
Dylan

For a very intuitive, yet very powerful, multi-track DAW
with a wealth of quality built in processing functions
consider Adobe Audition (used to be Syntrillium's Cool Edit
Pro.)

Depends on what you want to do and what sort of price range you are looking
for...

I use a program called Sequoia which is the big brother of sorts of
Samplitude (which has slightly more recognition). I love it and think it is
one of the best DAWs out there. I have 2 turnkey systems- one portable and
one rackmount. Both were made by Sequoiadigital.com.

As always, YMMV
