ISO Booth in NYC

I need to record vocals, mic guitars (acoustic) and amps and
percussion in my loft apartment. I am looking for modular iso booth
solutions that work. I am renting, and dont want to construct
something I can't remove

-- I have seen whisper rooms online. Not sure about those.
-- I have also seen the Auralex "Max wall". Not sure about those
either.
-- I am open to having someone build this to my specs., but need
references.

Please, there must be people who have needed this in NYC. Any leads
or tips would be greatly appreciated.
