How to reach RAP on AOL?

My AOL for OSX no longer gives me access to newsgroups. Anyone know why? Thanks

"Go" menu/Internet/Newsgroups

Then either "Add Newsgroups" or "Read My Newsgroups" (it's the same dialog box
as before)
