Hi - just wondering if anyone else is having trouble dealing with Mytek
recently. We've had a significant order placed for a while and despite
initial assurances of it shipping any day, some weeks have now gone by
without any response to queries.

Dear Paul,
To deal with Mytek, you probably want to talk to me as the person in
charge. It's true we have taken extended time to deliver orders lately
which is mostly due to our very small company working over capacity as with
our Stereo96 units we have opened a whole new market and met with
unexpected demand. Additionally, sometimes I need 2-3 days to reply to
email as I have to handle to reply to over 50 everyday as compared to
recent 20 ontop of avalanche of phone calls. We are trying t ohandle the
orders the best way we can, but ask our customers to be patient as we are
adjusting to this new lucky situation.
I want to assure you your order will be fulfilled soon and the wait is
worth wating for, as I will quote two recent customers:

Hi,
I've just received the Stereo 96 AD and DA. It was a rather long wait, but
very well worth it! I honestly never thought converters could make such a
big difference.()

Thanks for the reassurance - glad to hear you're flat out meeting orders.
I'm sure the wait will be worth it.
Patiently yours,
Paul

Mytek is a very small company, and like Michal the owner said, they
didn't expect the huge amount of orders and positive response from the
2 channel units (although just to float my own boat, I knew it would
be extremely popular a year ago and expected exactly this response
from the public). Michal **always** comes through, but it just may
take a while. If he doesn't get back to you right away, it's actually
a good sign, it means he's busy getting the gear together asap. And,
IMO, it will definitely be worth the wait.

Thanks Nathan - just a little bit of communication goes a long way, and now
that I understand the situation everything is cool.
Cheers, Paul
