Motherboard Recommendations

I'm wanting to build a new system from scratch with some kind of RME Audio
interface and Cubase SX. I'm leaning towards the new AMD Athlon 64 at the
moment. Can you guys recommend a reliable motherboard, and also graphics
card? Price is not a big issue.
