Sampling from Computer

Hey guys, new here. Question for you. I have a Presonus 16.0.2 and I am using Reason 8.0 and I also have Machine Studio. I want to be able to Sample directly from my computer back into Reason or Maschine Studio. I am running the Presonus off firewire and I am running my computers sound off the interface Audio card to a set of Studio monitors. Any Suggestions?

If Maschine doesn't supply it's own virtual output as a virtual device
(in which case select it as input device in Reason) , try googling for
'Virtual Audio Cable'. Your audio interface not a factor at all then !
