Any recommendations for someone who can repair a blown UREI 809 driver in the LA area?
TIA

I'd ask Orange County Speaker Repair. Is it the top or the bottom? Rebuilding
the woofer on those may be difficult although replacing the compression driver
diaphragms is a half-hour job in the field. Either way you'll probably want to
do both so that they match well.

I've been using GSS Speaker Repair Services for a dozen years or more.
Good service, reasonable prices ... I keep going back after getting bids
from a few others in my area. They're at 6030 Vineland Ave, North
Hollywood, CA 91606 (818)763-2861

Thanks Roy.
Yeah, someone else recommended them. They're half the price of the other one - literally - and 10 minutes away instead of an hour. I think they're going to get the gig.
