Thanks, everyone! I did figure out that I had a problem with my circuit, and
now the 5532 is drawing 6.5ma. Thanks for the tip on the Maxim chips - I see
if I can get a few of those too.

Thanks, everyone! I did figure out that I had a problem with my circuit, and
now the 5532 is drawing 6.5ma. Thanks for the tip on the Maxim chips - I see
if I can get a few of those too.
