My concert band has started up again and I get to record some more on

Thanks! Just one niggling little problem, they didn't send me any notice
that they were starting up again, so I wonder if that is a clue that they
don't want me cluttering up the scenery again.
I began recording them with permission after visiting one fine day. I do it
for free and offer them CDs of all performances they do, for cheap ($5 a
disc). They seem to love it, but there is another person, a band member, who
also records video of the performances. She just uses the camera sound from
the balcony, so I offer her a full, uncut track from my recording up front
for her to cut into her video, and then she would have a better video and I
wouldn't have to also offer the CDs. But she has never been able to edit my
sound into her video, for unknown reasons. I have offered to help her, but
to no avail. And she is the keeper of the Email notice list.
So I am between a rock and a hard place to know whether I am welcome to come
again. I have kept out of the way, honored all their wishes and directions,
and some of them have said that I am doing some useful work for them.
I put in another request to the video person to be on the Email list again,
but I won't know until Monday whether she has something against me or what.
Very awkward, but so far the only group I have found that will let me
practice my recording techniques. You ever look for groups you can record? I
am not a recording "company" as such in the yellow pages or the Google
pages, so I am left to just look around and beg. Not easy to learn the
craft!
