Does anyone know anything about these and where to buy them. This is
an old keyboard and none of the stores seem to have anything, nor does
ebay or google bring up a choice.

Is this a SmartMedia card? The one that looks like a big SIM?
If so then these are occasionally available on ebay (up to about 32MB)
however there is an XD to SM adaptor available (I bought one on ebay)
that allows XD cards to be used instead of the SM cards.
