I like very much the sound of Barbra Streisand's voice in the recording
of "One voice" (1986). What mike is it?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHl9lr3K6RQ - from 3.00 to 3.03

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHl9lr3K6RQ - from the beginning

Thanks
Gianluca

That's an awfully generic shape. SM-81 with windscreen?

Ooops... The second link is this:

The mike is very long... It seems to be longer than a SM81. The SM81 is
available also in black?

I have a pair of SM94. They are very good. They are the cheaper version
of SM81. Shure should make a vocal spherical grill for them... Do you know
one that fits on them?

There is a vocal grille for the SM81. Nobody buys it, but they work
very, very well.

Olsen Electronics makes pop filters for just about everything, and they
are highly recommended.

I think SM94 could sound better than SM81 on the voice, because it has a
little presence and a smooth roll-off.

It seems the A81G for SM81 doesn't fit on SM94, because SM81 head
diameter is 23.5mm, while SM94 head diameter is 27.7mm.
Can you give me the link to Olsen Electronics site? In the one I've seen
it seems they don't make grilles.
