I have an old 80W Mosfet Amp which I built many years ago from a Hart
kit. How does this amp rate against modern designs?

It is probably bigger and heavier and cost more than it would if built using
modern technology.

If nothing has failed, it probably sounds good enough for you to just enjoy
it and move on.
