not so sure it's a scam, more like 'wishful thinking' on the part of the
seller. He's grossly overvalued his merchandise.

** Claiming worn out tubes are " NOS " is not a scam ??

Claiming they are of the famous Mullard brand when they are not is OK too ??

I guess I'm not as observant
