Tascam HD P2 Field Recorder

I have a problem with this new unit. The problem is that i can not
enable time code in the project settings menu or the system settings
menu so that I can use SPDIF in and out. I followed the instructions
on how to enable time code in the owners manual to no avail. Tascam
customer service help keeps referring to the user manual. This is a
new unit with the latest firmware - 06. Appreciate any help

I found the problem. The instructions are not very clear as to how the
time code is changed. Once time code is selected in the menu you have
turn the data wheel to make the change. The manual does not mention
that fact. Thanks all
