I have a Tascam 85-16 in Raleigh, NC that I don't need. Is there much of a
market for 1" 16 track analog? It's way too heavy to try to pack and ship. It
worked great when it was removed from service a number of years ago.

I don't think there is a huge market for narrowtrack machines, but there are
an increasing number of newer studios wanting to get back into the analogue
thing... mostly run by kids who have never run analogue machines before. And
a narrowtrack 1" machine wuld be a good introduction for those guys.

I'd put an ad in Tape Op and see what happens.
