Klay, a point of clarification is needed here; Sennheiser Electronic
Corporation (SEC) has not purchased HHB USA Inc. They will take over
distribution of the HHB brand as well as TL Audio and Rosendahl on
October 1, 2003. However, HHB USA Inc. continues as a company
distributing the Ashdown Engineering brand of guitar amplifiers.
