Not madness, just one of those medical conditions that is not really detectable
with today's level of medical technology. He was a fine actor, although many
of the shows he did were rather forgettable. Was he a singer or something like
that to make this on topic for R.A.P?

Acutally it's completely detectable and easily fixable if the aorta is
distended before it ruptures.
The probelme is that there arent' necessarily symptoms that will send you
to the doctor for the right tests. His first indication of the probably
was probably the feeling of instantly bleeding to death.
