I'm looking for a reasonably priced mic case for 12 mics of SM57 & 58
variety and would appreciate any recommendations.
TIA

Look into a nice Pelican Case. Those are great cases...and they have tiny
little cubes that make up the foam inside..so you can easily customise it
for your specific needs.

Go to the tool dept. at a Lowe's and look for a small toolcase, metal
clad, about a rack width, a little over $25.00. Foam, diced foam,
dividers, a tool pocket panel that is easily removed if it doesn't suit
your purposes. It's the right price for a case for those mics, and a
solid little case for what it costs. I now have five of them. One of
them hauls a TiBook, MIO, cables, power supplies, etc. Mighty handy for
the money.

Inspired suggestions thank you. I think I'll try my local gun shop first.

Be careful though. She's lucky they didn't draw their flutes on 'er.
