Spirit by Soundcraft Service in the USA?

I've tried their Northridge California listing on www.soundcraft.com
with phone messages as well as fax but nobody wants to return my
calls. For Harman international I find this surprising. Any ideas?

I was talking to the division in Nashville when asking about my Ghost.
There are techs there.
