Diference betwen M-audio OmniStudio and Delta66+OmniI/O

Wich is the diference betwen
-Omni Studio (with Delta66)
and
-Delta 66 + Omni I/O

I found the second choice cheaper than first one. Is perhaps some
aditional software included in OmniStudio?. Looking at pictures it seems
to be different PCI cards at each case, is it?

I don't think there is any difference. I think the "studio" is a package of
the 2 units or else you can buy them separately. I bought the package. There
is an external Omni I/O box and the PCI Delta 66 card.
