5.1 to LoRo

Can anyone guide me in creating a LoRo Mix from a 5.1 discrete mix?
I already have the 6 mono files (from 5.1 discrete) layed out in Pro
Tools. I was wondering what the volume adjustments have to be set to.

Also, anyone know any cheap LtRt encoders for Pro Tools or even
standalone apps for mac?
