Hi it.s me in need of help again. I have had a yamaha Motif rack since
2004. It runs on my midi keyboard station with pro tools 6.2 on a mac
os 10.39. I have only used it on midi channel number 1 along with a
kurz and a roland mods. is there any way I can use the motif for
severeal sounds at 1 time. run with the pro tools sequencer. I can not
figure it out?

Yes, but it needs to be set to 'Multi' mode. There's a button on the
front panel to do this.

You have to assign the voices to the midi channels (1-16). Then when you
send a midi control to that channel it will control that voice. You can
do this either by using the buttons on the front panel or from your
sequencer, if you are using one (bank/program change etc).
