View Full Version : Wrong desert, Scottie

All that bitching about the harshness of life in the Mojave, and now it
turns out you moved to the wrong desert. The one you wanted is the Arabian
Desert. Know why? Of course you do. ;-) But maybe some other RAOers
don't, so I'm going to spill it. In Saudi country, husbands have absolute
dominion over their wives, including the right to "discipline" them by
slapping them around. Don't like what she prepared for dinner? Blacken her
eye. You saw her touch your car keys? Giver her a fat lip. She spent too
much of your money at the market? Smack her around but good.

I'm not making this up, Witless. Your role models of "morality" speak
freely about "right" and "wrong" in The Kingdom. Here's some evidence:

If you're trying to convince 2pid to move he'll need to know what the
taxes there are like.

Taxes, shmaxes. Witless dropped $100K on a car to keep his wife from
leaving him.
