How are we gonna be safe from Mexicans and Muslims when these gov't
socialist liberals keep gutting our military?

"The president also commended Defense Secretary Robert Gates' project
to reform defense contracting procedures to eliminate what he said
were hundreds of billions of dollars in wasteful spending and cost
overruns."

On the positive side, deliveries of sailboat fuel are still on schedule.

In perhaps the ultimate example of military capitalism, KBR reportedly
ran convoys of empty trucks back and forth across the insurgent-laden
desert, pointlessly risking the lives of soldiers and drivers so the
company could charge the taxpayer for its phantom deliveries. Truckers
for KBR, knowing full well that the trips were bull****, derisively
referred to their cargo as "sailboat fuel."

I wasn't aware of that particular story but I saw KBR at 'work' when I
was deployed.

You're preaching to the choir.
