The decline and fall of the modern religious right's notion of a
Christian America creates a calmer political environment and, for many
believers, may help open the way for a more theologically serious
religious life.

This is a disaster. Pretty soon far-right Christians won't be able to
dictate laws concerning morals like SSM.

Damn, you have your ScottW impression down pat! Scary.
Today was the first warm day since October, so I went out and hit the
trail. Everyone was so happy to feel the sunshine on their faces, and
three of them were actually singing at the top of their lungs as the
walked, jogged or biked along. Then I came home and Scott was back
here, whining and sniveling about the world.
Puts things in perspective. Some people understand the important
things in life, and other are stuck indoors reading right-wing blogs
and fretting about the impending end of the world.

2pid secretly craves the cataclysmic end of the world so that Jesus
can return to take His Throne.
But 2pid wants to be able to blame it on the Muslims. LoL.
