View Full Version : Can I plug my keyboard output into my guitar effects input?

I have a couple of synth sound modules: Yamaha TG300 and an Akai
SG01p. I would like to put them through my Behringer V-Amp 2 guitar
effects. Obviously the V-Amp is designed to have guitars plugged in to
it, so will I fry it if I plug a synth into it?

Thanks,

Does that input get passed through the amp/speaker simulations and
effects sections?

Your users manual should tell you that. If you don't have one, there's
probably one out there on the Internets somewhere ...

Personally, I like Vista, but I probably won't use it. I like it
because it generates considerable business for me in consulting and
upgrades. As long as there is hardware and software out there that
doesn't work, I stay in business. Incidentally, my company motto is
"If this stuff worked, you wouldn't need me".

Most of the Behringer manuals are already on their web site.
