View Full Version : A Call To Arms

Dear RAO,
This has gone on long enough. We all need to band together and
protect those whose personal lives, careers and jobs are threatened by
the crazed actions of one individual. This could have happened to any
of us. It happened to happen to Marc Phillips.
Firstly, we need to help defend Marc against the possible loss
of his job. To that end, I ask that all publishing and audio
professionals who post and/or lurk here post a defense of Marc in this
thread for his employer to see.
Even better, an e-mail under your own name and professional
credentials sent to Jeff Dorgay might do a world of good. I haven't
got Jeff's e-mail handy. Perhaps someone might post this under the
thread as a help to all of us. No anonymous e-mails should be sent. We
ought to be able to make ourselves known to assist Marc.
As part of this, it's critical that Mr. Krueger be literally
shunned here by everyone. There are several reasons for this, but the
most important is that legal action will result from Mr. Krueger's
ill-thought-out actions and everything will be part of the public
record. It would be ironic if anyone of good heart here inadvertently
ends up as part of the defense presentation. I beg of you, from here
on in not another exchange with Arnold about anything.
If any of you have recorded examples of illegal, threatening
or provocative behavior of Mr. Krueger, please post here with full
documentation without any editorializing. We must let the facts speak
for themselves. Also, the fulsome nature of the resulting
documentation may discourage Mr. Krueger from further ill-advised
activities.
Lastly, for those who are wliling, we will put together a
defense fund not only to help defend Marc, but to actively use civil
litigation as a tool to control Mr. Krueger and make sure he can never
do this again to anyone else.
I can be reached at the above e-mail address. For those who
clearly are who they say they are, I will fully identify myelf and
make myself accessible. I ask that we all make this thread the most
important in many years here by contributing everything you can to
make this work
Thank you for listening to me. Let's first save Marc's job,
then finally allow RAO t once again be the place for spiritied
discussion about audio or any other damn thing we please without fear
of bullying and intimidation by anyone.
Thanks
Herbert

What is he going to write about if no one writes to him? He seeks
attention. If he doesn't get it here, he'll look elsewhere. I know
that I'm late coming to that party, but I'm there now.

I realize I'm asking a lot. After a while one begins to develop new
brain-receptors that keen for more Kroo bashing. Resisting that
craving can be difficult.
Still, I think this strategy is the only one that will work. As much
fun as it is to respond, what Arnold did today is beyond the pale.
Perhaps speaking of him in the abstract to others without using hs
proper name may suffice as an alternative. That is to say,
bitch-slapping in the third person may be permissable.

Aren't you the one who (along with GOIA) wants everybody to post their
names and so forth?
If it's no big deal, who cares, 2pid?

I imagine that if anyone other than me had been the
one who posted Jeff's address (even without the slight
protection against bot address harvesters I gave it),
ScottW would not have complained.
Nevertheless, I have now heard from Jeff Dorgay, who
had no problem seeing Arny Krueger for what he is.
Chalk one up for the good guys.

Thank you, John.
As always, you're a stand-up guy, not only in the way you conduct your
exchanges with us all, but in your willingness to commit when action
is called for.

BTW Hoobert there have been at least 8 off-RAO actions against me:
2 - yesterday, targets: wife and pastor
1 - 2003 - a person who posted on RAO as North was hired by same person as
above for the purpose of attacking me on RAO. Revealed in the 2 letters,
yesterday.
1 - Stalking my house
1 - Posting from room in Detroit area, discussing raising courage to use a
rifle on me
2 - Past year, targeting my pastor
Unknown number >=1 - false reports to GPW police.
------------------------------
Hoobert, 6+ out of 8 trace back to the same person, namely your hero.
BTW Hoobert, you're just dying to be recognized as your former RAO self, no?

Assuming that any of this is true, which is doubtful because you
haven't met your own burden of proof, if strikes me as even sicker
that you stay here.
Seek help, GOIA. You have some pretty serious issues.
Now, let's also look at your logic: you feel that you are a stand-up
guy who only says things that he would to people's faces. So now you
claim some people are attacking you off RAO. You keep providing proof
of the soundness of the decision to stay anonymous, yet you keep
bleating about "nyms".
Doesn't that seem a little crazy to you? LOL!
