View Full Version : Looking for audio test clips

I am looking for audio test clips at different sampling frequencies
from 32 KHz to 192 KHz, both 2-channel uncompressed and multichannel
compressed. Any suggestion and pointers are highly appreciated.

Thanks.

If tones, generate them youself in an editor like Sound Forge (etc).

Generate them yourself using one of them any fine audio editors.

You can get started with freeware like Audacity or Goldwave.

So do a search. When I needed something a few years ago, I did a search,
and found right off what I needed. I'm sure there was more than one
hit, but the first one at the time was fine. A page of .wav's that could
be assembled to make a test CD, or just used singularly. It seemed like
just about anything you could want was there.

If you are still looking for tone generators (pink/white noise, tone) NCH has a free demo of what they offer. its like $50 for the real package though
