Needing resonant low audio frequencies that affect the human body.
White papers, tech notes schematics and applications would be fine. We
would like to trigger a bio response capable of going through walls,
specifically targeting the large intestine to cause discomfort.

The "brown note" is an urban myth.

"South Park" is rarely a reliable source of factual information.

Just acquire a large subwoofer, generate a 5 hz sinewave and crank up
the volume to the max. You won't **** your pants but you may barf if
you listen to it long enough. Something to do with how the vibrations
create ripples in your stomach -- also how they **** with your
brainwaves and make you feel depressed and low.

Not very practical as a weapon, and likely to do more damage downwind,
I would have thought.
Though it is related to the only existing high power low freqency
sound generator; the Foghorn or Diaphone.
