Hi folks, I'm a beginner here, so forgive me if this is posted in the
wrong forum. I'm looking at an Onkyo TX-4000 to replace my failing amp/
receiver. I only use it for audio, mostly vinyl. The Onkyo has a phono
input and 2 tape inputs. Will I be able to use one of the tape inputs
for a CD player input? No ipod or mp3's, I just play regular CDs.

Thank you,

Marc

No problems that I can see. The output of a CD player and that of a tape
recorder should be comparable.
