In Sound Forge is it possible to drop markers in one WAV file, and
then have the program automatically drop markers at the same time
positions, in a second file of the same length? Can markers be copied
from one file to another?
OR does anyone know how the Sound Forge program saves marker
information, so it would be possible to write a little program to
binary read the marker data from WAV file #1, and then copy the
markers to a WAV file #2 using binary write?
thanks

Don't know about copying markers but if you copy the "unmarkered" file
and paste it into the one with markers, while it's selected, it should
get you what you're after.

Sure. It's called the Regions List. Hit Alt+1 to bring it up. Right click in
it and do a Save As. To open it in another file. Just bring up the Region
List again, right click, and open the saved region list.
