Find Stan Jacox at Studio Maintenance Center in the Bay area. He'll
either fix it or tell you who will. Remember that there are lots of
pieces of kit out there and that it's no slag on a person's tech chops
for them to look at the manual. Might as well get it right the first
time around.

As one who used to wander from studio to studio fixing gear I have to
say thanks!! I can't count the number of times clients would complain
when I asked for the manuals... I don't work on my own gear without
schematics unless I don't have them.
Studio owners are a tough crowd<G>!!!

Sorry, I didn't mean to make it sound so harsh. The last guy who worked on my
deck turned out to be a complete dewfuss, in fact I'm trying to get fixed what
he has screwed up,using my manual. His "extensive knowledge" of tape decks I
think was limited to cassette decks. This guy didn't know the first thing about
my MS16. What I meant is that I want somebody who knows my machine.
