How to Startup Net Radio Station?

I'm wondering if anyone out there has any links to any sites, FAQ's or other
sources of info regarding starting an internet radio station from the ground
up. Assume my full studio is involved, and prepping/creating content is
taken care of. I'd be handling the content and tech side. I'm curious what
software and hardware is used, which algorithms/formats (MP3, RA, etc.)
Where do I go from here?

I have an Internet Radio station on Live365. Here is the URL:

It's basically music and some announcements but it is a working radio station
and of course there are other stations there that do more advanced broadcasts
than I do.

You might want to investigate it.

About the only thing on the minus side is that you're not allowed to charge for
advertising.
