adat optical with wordclock by firewire?

does such a thing exist that is only an adat optical in/out interface
that will run with soundmanager drivers? i want to use my RME ADI-8
pro with deck or protools free on my ibook and want to avoid crappy
8-in/8-out plus adat boxes (most of which don't have wordclock).
