With all of the control surfaces and keyboard controllers used these
days, why not integrate a cel-phone-sized Qwerty keyboard and mouse/
pointer device?
For keyboard controllers with 30 or more keys, there could be a switch
that turns the keys themselves into letter keys, shift, number, etc.
After all, how often does a dedicated recording setup need 60 words a
minute?
Mount the monitor on a swing out arm on the wall and you can toss out
your desk.
