Session File transfers......... PT 7HD to Sonar 3

I've got (had) a client who wants his files transferred from
a PT DVD session backup to his new home install of S-3.

Any warnings or tips on successfully getting the PT files into his Sonar?

These are completely unprocessed files that were just transferred
from a Mitsubishi reel-to-reel digital tape into PT a few weeks ago.
He got Sonar from his son for Christmas.
