It has been noted that inappropriate and inflammatory material is being
propogated through this newsgroup. Google groups users are invited to review
the terms and conditions which they agree to when using the service. In
accordance with Section 6. Appropriate Conduct, google groups users accept
that they will not :
* use the service to send messages and material unrelated to the particular
group
* post inappropriate content
* post content that infringes any copyright, or other proprietary rights of
other parties, without permission from the owner
* post messages which are prohibited by the group owner
* impersonate another person
* restrict or inhibit any other user from enjoying the service
* disobey any procedures or policies of networks connected to the service

And Google never enforce the rules. In fact complaints aren't even acknowledged

The other ninety nine interfaces to usenet had to be discovered,
set-up by oneselve or being introduced to.
Since Google groups even those with brains like the back-end of a cow
stumble in.

The bigger problem is that google gives out accounts to anybody who can
generate a throwaway email account. Google is a spammer's paradise.
