Missed the original post, but I've had to do this on the CD player in my van
a couple times. The first time I was able to get the CD out with some long
tweezers, but after it happened again I ended up having to remove the HU (a
double DIN Delco) and disassemble it to get to the CD mechanism. Turned out
one of the pinch rollers which loads and ejects the disc has come out of its
mount. Took about an hour to get the HU out, and another hour to get it
apart and repaired.
No idea what's wrong with yours though...

If there isn't a pinhole ejector on the unit itself, then you can go get
a long pair of forceps and tweeze that bugger out of there.

didnt work until it just came up, which im saying its not that easy, i

Remove the player from the car and disassemble it. That will save your
cd but something is wrong if it got stuck in the first place.
