Default help selecting 'proper' speaker impedance matching?

Hi guys,

I'm poor and currently migrating some sound equipment into my car. All I
had before today was the stock radio (no cd or tape :-(, just radio). For
the reference, the car is a '03 Cavalier. I am stuck with the equipment I
have and cannot spend any $$ on equipment upgrades. All the hard work is
done but I need help with selecting the proper speakers for it.

What I have is:

Sony CDX-2250 head:
- 14 watts per channel minimum continuous into 4 ohms
- maximum power output 35 w * 4 (at 4 ohms)

and

three different sets of 6x9 speakers:
- stock speakers "delco?" (marked as 10 ohms)
- dual coil 4 ohms (has a separate high/mid cone - 60 watts)
- single coil 8 ohms (jensen - 60 watts)

My question is which one of those speakers should I use? Is there a big
advantage to impedance matching?

thanks
-dino
