Default Repairing JBL PB12

Hi all,

I got one of these awesome PB12's and the amp is dead. I looked on the net
and it looks like a 'usual' problem for PB12 and PB10 PowerBass series
subwoofers. Someone already tried to fix this amp and looks like that person
had no idea what he was doing... Anyway, could anyone tell me what the model
of this amplifier circuit is? There are several numbers on the PCB, but none
of them look right

Thanks!
