JL Audio subwoofer Question
I have a 500 W RMS mono Amp. Should I go with a 12" W6V2 (400w Rms) or a
10" W7 (500w Rms)? Which one will sound better? will 12" has higher SPL than 10"? Actually I am not into SPL, all I want is deep, solid good sound quality bass. thanks |

JL Audio subwoofer Question
With the extra excursion the 10W7 will probably outperform the 12W6v2 but it
will br right at the edge of it's performance envelope where the 12 will be a little less stressed. Plus, the 10W7 is a LOT less efficient that the 12W6v2 so it'll need more power to get to full Xmax. I'd do the 12W6v2. Paul Vina "Joseph Luner" wrote in message le.rogers.com...
