If it is a standard issue class AB amp it will work well full range. PWM amps (class D) are better suited for subs than full range although there ARE some full range models. I was going to get the ZX8000? for my car, it's a 5 channel. I have heard good and bad things about them. Mostly good though. |

Those who have done technical testing have found it to perform quite well. Until I found the Next amp I have now, the hifonics was totally on my list. It had a feature set not many amps had! Like a bandpass output for mids, etc. The fit and finish seemed to be of high quality also. Chad |

Every hifonics am I've ever had was 2-ohm stable and sounded just fine
at high volumes. I've been very happy with them. brian bob wald wrote: lol... well i dont know about going with that hifonics...dont believe theyre very clean at higher volumes. or can handle 2ohm. but i cant pass a deal. i found them at $144. |
