Default Recommended hood liner?

I recently added some Dynamat to my trunk to help reduce the rattaling
caused by my sub (and hurray, after adjusting my trunk latch, no more
rattle). I wanted to move on in curing the rattle and start to sound
proof, or reduce at least, the road noise coming into my vehicle.

I have a little, two door Celica (with a SMALL engine). I do not have a
hood liner and was reading around and read a few things stating that I
should add a hood liner if I do not already have one. Should I add one?
If so, can anyone recommend one? I was already looking at B-Quiet's
"Hliner" hood liner. Does this look like it would be any good?

Also, could anyone else recommend to me what I should use to sound
proof the car? I was looking into spraying Cascade sound deaden form
onto the wheel wells and adding microjute below the carpet. Any other
ideas?
