I have one that I have used a few times, it has an active (vacuum tube
based) 24db per octave low pass filter. The high pass filter section is
passive 6db per octave via polypropene capacitor, currently a GE 10mfd 400
vdc . The tubes are new sovtek 12ax7lps that seem work well. I am selling
as I have mainly been using passive x-overs.
