older Bose 501's, worth rebuilding???
I am currently looking at some early 80's ugly old 501's. The
crossovers and the speakers look to be in good shape while the cabinet is just plain ugly.... I would like to build a modern cabinet: is it worth it? Are these components any good? If so, any plans for them (would like to build a taller tower if possible) Thanks Larry |

They weren't anywhere near state of the art when they were manufactured and even less so now. Chuck |
